Strength & Conditioning
Our HIIT Strength & Conditioning classes combine specific movements utilizing free weights, conditioning equipment, resistance bands, cardio equipment, plyo boxes, benches and body-weight exercises.
Muay Thai Kickboxing
Muay Thai is a form of kickboxing and is the most effective martial art for standing combat. It has often been called the “Art of Eight Limbs” because it’s characterized by its combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins. Through our Muay Thai kickboxing classes, you will be learning drills & combinations utilizing thai pads & gloves. You will experience intensified strength, speed, concentration, plus aerobic and overall fitness.
Personal Training

We offer personal training to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose weight, Muay Thai technique, injury prevention, post-rehab, form, mobility and performance assessment, our personal trainers will design workouts personally suited for you.
- 30 minutes – 1 on 1 = $30
*Option available for 2 on 1 sessions - 60 minutes – 1 on 1 = $60
*Option available for 2 on 1 sessions - 3+ = $30 per person per 30 Min
Members & Non-Members may utilize our Personal Training services!
Transformation Challenges
The Challenge includes an 8-week unlimited membership, Customized Meal Plan, Fitness Test, Nutrition Seminar, Evaluations, Thai Boxing Gloves, Cash & Prizes and Much More!

Online Membership
Workout within the comfort of your home & on your own schedule! You can choose from a variety of focus, intensity, length, style, and equipment. Each workout will be 12-30min & designed for ALL Fitness Levels. Break that workout plateau, burn fat, learn proper form, movement mechanics & improve your mobility.
